Art and Design T.O.S

Art T.O.S
- Do not use the art that I draw commercially/to make products. If you would like to discuss me designing something to sell/make product of, I am willing to discuss an extra commercial use fee(one time payment, not sales percentages). Amount would depend on type of art. Will be 15-25% of commission cost depending on the commission cost(higher cost, lower percentage, designs excluded). !!If you want to use just for business cards, personal non-commercial merch like keychains, clothes, ect, there is no extra fee, no point in that lol!!
- You may edit my art by hand, but the original must remain on the profile. I'd prefer the original art to be visible, but this isn't required. !!DO NOT PUT MY ART IN AI GENERATORS!!
- I retain the right to post art I draw, and use them for examples, unless you request for art to not be posted. You do not have to provide reasoning, but you must let me know. if you don't I'll assume that I can post it. If I post it and you want it removed, all I ask is send a friendly message letting me know you'd like it to not be posted. I'll remove it no issues
- You may get my work tattooed, if you do I would love to see!
- You may get personal use merch made of art I make, just not commercial unless commercial commissioned

- You may edit/draw over the original ref sheet image, as long as the unedited remains uploaded!
- !!!!DO NOT PUT MY DESIGNS IN AI GENERATORS!!!!
- You may not use the original art commercially, you CAN use the design itself commercially. If you do I would love to be notified so I can see! Comics, Merchandise, all of it. just not the original art itself. If you want to showcase it in conics on like little side pages/info pages I am cool woth that as long as credited! You can of course make persoal use merch of the original art.
- Redesign however you want! just keep the original design with the redesign unless your doing essentially a whole new character with the same name. As long as key traits are shared please keep together.
- Please keep on toyhouse! I keep files for a few months do if you loose any, you may be able to get them from me again.
- Most importantly for both, have fun and enjoy!! 💜

Additional character: +50% per extra character
Shading: shading - +$10(+$5 for headshots)
